History - Biography of Hank Sorensen

Hank Sorensen, the managing attorney for the firm, received his B.S. in Criminology from Florida State University in 1991, and his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1996. In the late nineties, he worked as an associate with Rudnick & Wolfe, P.A. in Tampa, representing large franchisors throughout the United States, and advising clients in general real estate matters. During this period, a significant share of his litigation work was commenced on behalf of HFS Corporation, which was later merged into Cendant Corporation.

In May of 1999, Mr. Sorensen took the position of Vice President and Senior Counsel for Arvida Realty Services in Clearwater. His duties with the company included litigation oversight for Florida
