In addition to providing legal services to brokerages and their clients, Mr. Sorensen serves as Executive Vice President/General Counsel for Keystone Title Agency in Port Richey. Since 1992, Keystone Title has conducted title work and closings for various brokerages throughout the tri-county area. Mr. Sorensen is available to conduct any residential and/or commercial closings as required through the company.
In 1997, Keystone Title started forming joint venture title agencies with various brokerages and builders throughout Florida. To date, the company has fourteen joint ventures in operation, with offices as far north as Lake City and south to Charlotte County. The company has received numerous awards from its underwriter, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and is proud to be considered by volume as one of the top five agents in the state.
